Starting on 19th September, along with a group of 14 others, I am cycling one of Britain's coast to coast rides from Whitehaven to Sunderland.

I know some of the other guys doing the ride also have connections with Weston Park hospital. Both my grandma and aunt were treated there and a also a number of close family friends, some of whom are currently undergoing treatment. In the past I have worked in all of Sheffield's hospitals, only as a contractor, but know the great work they do. We hope to raise enough to allow them to purchase a piece of equipment for the new ward currently under construction.
