In 1995 my wife Annemarie and I started JR Scaffold Services Ltd with the help and guidance of Andy Smillie who allowed us to use his office and yard space in Duke Street for 2 years until such times we could stand on our own two feet,  to celebrate our 25th Anniversary in business and as a massive thank you to The Smillie Family we are dedicating our year to raising monies for the Emmie Smillie Charity Foundation a charity set up by the family in memory of their beautiful Daughter, Sister and Auntie who lost her battle to cancer in July 2015 aged 34.
