I am raising money for Headsmart by making the 300km journey from the East coast of Costa Rica to the West coast. The journey is made up of 200Km cycling, 80km Trekking, 10km kayak and 10km on a raft. As you would expect this will be through dense jungle, crocodile infested waters, steep incline dirt tracks and rapids. A walk in the park!!
