Story

Ooooops!, I’ve done it again, my finger slipped on the button to submit an application to run 10 marathons in 10 days.  You would think I’d learn! Every time I do this event it’s harder and takes more out of me, to add to this I am running in consecutive years for the first time ever.

The 10 in 10 event sees runners completing the route of the ASICS Windermere Marathon, every day for 10 consecutive days. It is considered one of the "UK's toughest running events".The 10in10 raises money for Brathay Trust and their work to improve the life chances of vulnerable children and young people in the UK. https://www.brathaychallenges.com/events/running/10in10

We work with a wide range of young people, often with fewer opportunities in life, including those managing the transition from living in care to independence, at risk of exploitation in unhealthy relationships, needing confidence to find work or training, or facing other challenges in their lives.
