Hi all, thanks for coming to my fundraising page.
On October 9th I will run the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon on behalf of The Joshua Hayday Helping Hand Trust. I appreciate that you will have received many requests for donations from people who will have achieved far greater feats of human endurance than a simple half marathon . . . .
In that respect if you could perhaps find it in your good nature to sponsor me half of what you might normally sponsor somebody running a whole marathon then even that would be hugely appreciated!
I have perhaps left it a little late to start training and indeed fundraising but after a busy summer it is very much a case of better late than never - thank you in advance for all your support and will bring you pictures of the big day when it comes around. Please read on for more about the charity and its fantastic cause;
The Joshua Hayday Helping Hand Trust ("JHHHT") has been set up in memory of Joshua Hayday in order to help support families with children with life-limiting conditions. The aim of JHHHT is to assist projects that will provide real practical support to families, such as respite care, assistance with transport needs and equipment. To hear more about Joshua's story and for more information please see http://www.joshuahaydaytrust.org
