Having suffered from depression and anxiety and knowing several others who have also suffered from mental health problems and even taken their own lives I want to raise awareness on how serious and what a growing problem this is. 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem. And most will have no idea how or where to get help. 

Running is my antidepressants and makes me feel great so by me running the great North run i can raise money for a great cause and help mind continue to support those who need help too.
