Hi I’m Joe my best friend James and I are doing several virtual distance challenges together to raise money for Student Mind both of us are currently in school and both have/had our own mental health battles and we wanted to find a way to give back, exercise is one of the many coping strategies both James and I have used in the past so we thought what better way than to give to charity.
