In June 2020 I cycled 1200 miles from South Devon to 50 miles off Edinburgh and back to London, for Mind mental health charity that is close to my heart. But I and many others have struggled with alcohol abuse for many years and linking mental health issues to substance and alcohol addiction needs to be addressed.

These covid lockdowns have really got to alot of people's mental health and addictions, so let's ride this out together! 

 So I'm going to hit the road again in April, this time Im setting myself a time target to complete a loop from Totnes Devon, to Scotland, down to London and back to Devon. This means I will have to average 107 miles a day for 14 days, rain or shine. Sleeping in a tent and of course social distancing!
