Many of you may remember that the boys took part in Parallel London last year, Len pushed Jude 5km around the Olympic Park, Jude decided to jump out of his wheelchair metres from the finish line and run to the last little bit - I had managed up until that moment to keep myself together but as you can imagine I was in tears as I watched him cross the finish line!

This year the boys are back! 

Jude has decided that Len is more then capable of pushing him for 10km.  For those of you that know Jude, he is very much the boss and Len simply does as he is told!
