Fundraising for BBC Children in Need
This year I'm fundraising for BBC Children in Need! I am running 5km everyday as regular exercise is good not just for physical health but also for mental health. I have run regularly for the past 15 years and it has definitely had a positive impact my own mental health. By running 5km everyday I hope to boost mental wellbeing and raise vital funds for children and young people across the UK.
