Thomas Balmer is my friend Nicci's son.  He has Cerebral Palsy and needs SDR surgery to give him the hope of walking independently and maybe also dancing with his twin brother Dylan.  This surgery isn't funded by the NHS so his parents are fundraising to pay for it instead along with intensive physiotherapy to progress afterwards.
