**Change of original plan**

We will be having our heads shaved together in Warrington on December 4th. Our very good friends Cherree & rebecca are going to be doing the honours!

This is to raise money in memory of our sweet little cousin Niamh Marie Knowles.

Niamh was a gift sent from Heaven to her Mummy & Daddy, Lucy & James. A mop of gorgeous brown hair & beautiful big eyes, we all fell in love with her - without ever meeting her.

When she was 2 weeks old, little Niamh fell ill. At first, it was thought she was suffering from Meningitis & was given treatment at Alder Hey Childrens Hospital. She started to improve but a week later the doctors were still concerned about her health & carried out more tests.

At just over 3 weeks old, Niamhs family received the sad news that she had an inoperable brain tumour.

Lucy & James made the brave decision to move with Niamh to Claire House Childrens Hospice where they were to receive the best care & support during her illness. Whilst there, the staff at Claire House provided love & assistance to Lucy, James & Niamh, not only helping them to care for her but to make cherished memories as a family - a trip to Chester Zoo, a fabulous photoshoot & a Tea Party for Niamhs 1 Month Birthday, to mention just a few.

Sadly on the 16th September, Niamh gained her Angel wings.

She fought so hard, proving to us all was a strong little fighter she was - an inspiration to us all.

Niamh was in our lives for 51 days & in that time she has made all of my family laugh, smile & cry. She has touched all of our lives & will be loved in our hearts forever.

We are so proud of our cousin Lucy & her wonderful husband, James for their strength, courage & dignity throughout this heartbreaking time.

If as a family we can raise £6500, we will be taking part in a Pay For A Day scheme - helping to provide funds for other families in similar situations to receive the same care, love & support that Lucy, James & Niamh received. It will also mean that a day can be dedicated in Niamhs name for us to Celebrate & remember her. Mummy & Daddy are hoping it can be the 27th July, her Birthday.

So by shaving our heads, we're hoping to help raise something towards this amazing organisation & as a fitting tribute to our little Angel. People think that we are brave in doing this, but this is nothing compared to the strength & courage of Niamh & her family - that is real bravery.

We will be donating our pony tails to Little Princess Trust - a Charity providing real hair wigs to children suffering hair loss.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for visiting our page, we appreciate all your support! xxx
