Hello Im a former civil servant: 27 years+ and I am pleased to say im a Volunteer / Researcher & Governor at Nhs. I have had tinnitus in my left ear and middle of my head since 2015, throughout the day I hear buzzing and ringing. I also hear water rushing sounds, clicking and back of building sounds. At times it can be it's harrowing with support I manage. I'm lucky as I'm happily married and a mother too,  my family helped me through the difficult times. I empathize with sufferers especially ones who suffer in silence and one families. Im positive BTA will find a cure. I will be completing a Step Challenge 5k/ 3 miles : 7 days a week for 365 days, total 1,000miles+ to raise awareness and fundraise for the BTA the only national charity specialising in tinnitus support.
