OK I have done it 50 races in total completed

1 marathon

11 half marathons

7  X 10 miels

1 X 16.3 mile

1 X 20 mile

6 X 10km races

2 X 7 miles

1 X 14 mile

2 X 8.5(ish) miles

18 Park runs

Its been hard, not helped by an appendix operation in the middle of it all!!! so come on dig deep, I have had to

 

 I plan to run 2010 miles in 2010 to raise £2010 for Jane Tomlinsons Appeal

OK so that may not sound like a big dealcompared to Eddie Izzard or Jane herself but believe me it will be a challenge for a plodder like me!

5.5 miles every day, 38 miles every week, 168 miles every month, still convinced? OK so I will be grateful for any support anybody has to offer, moral, financial or otherwise
