I'm joining Cancer Research UK's Race for Life on Sunday 3rd July 2016. Last year my beautiful and talented Aunt Sandra lost her battle with Pancreatic Cancer. She passed very quickly after being diagnosed but on reflection and armed with knowledge she showed signs for quite a while we just didn't know what those signs where. Pancreatic Cancer is a silent killer so I'm hoping I can raise awareness in taking part in this event while raising a little money to help research.

I'm not the fittest and I'm massively overweight so in preparation for the race which I shall be mostly walking (as fast as I can) but I aim to jog the last little bit I will be building up my fitness level between now and then and trying to loose some of my excess weight.
