Facing the loss of a close family member or a friend is one of the hardest things to experience in life.  When that person endures any form of suffering from terminal or degenerative illness though you are on a constant rollercoaster of emotions.  Not everyone has the benefit of a support network around them or funds to access the vital counselling that can help them through the journey.  

The Harbour provide support to patients, Carers and family members coping with long-term illness and bereavement.  This includes young and old Carers, some of who may not have anyone else to turn to.
