St Martins Housing Trust- More than a home for the homeless.

Kat has decided she is going to be throwing herself out of a PLANE... in the hope that she can raise money and awareness for St Martins Housing Trust & Pathways. Charities Kat is extremely passionate about!

Kat is Team Leader for Pathways, a service to prevent and reduce rough sleeping in Norwich. Pathways is a collaborative service between partner organisations to support rough sleepers and people with complex needs in Norwich, delivered from hubs around the city. The Pathways principle is that there is ‘no wrong door’ for people to access the help they need. Personalised support is focused around each individual, by qualified and experience Pathways team members, to encourage a positive outcome for each person. Kat can be found on early morning street counts, delivering an outreach service on the streets and supporting members of the team.

Kat said, “Pathways is a vital service for people sleeping rough in Norwich. We are the first source of help. We’re on the raw side of it.” Kat urges the local community to get behind her as she takes the plunge “if you donate some money you are part of this
community helping the most vulnerable in our society”
