Through the keepsakes that I make with my business Finger and Thumbs I am often asked to take the prints of little ones who have been lost far too soon and it is utterly heart breaking.

Before Christmas I was asked by a lovely mum to visit her little angel so that she could keep her close to her heart every single day. This little angel was so tiny that I left the funeral home needing to do more to help. So, this is my first go at giving a little back and hopefully raising some awareness along the way.

Cradle supports parents dealing with early pregnancy loss by offering services for bereaved families including comfort bags, outpatient support packs, and peer support with a national network of volunteers.

I am not the fittest of poeple but I do like a challenge. 155 miles works out at 5 miles a day. Most of these walks I will have little Adam on my back too!!!! I will be out walking regardless of the weather so please pray for sun!

Cradle's comfort bags are a huge support for bereaved mums, which they are given while they are at the hospital (often having gone in not prepared). I am now collecting donations to go inside these bags too. The bags include mamy items from toothparte and toothbrushes, wipes, slippers, hairbrush and bobbles, soap and sunflower seads to plant a flower in memory. SO if any of you who are local would like to make a donation of toiletries for the comfort bags (unused obviously) then please get in touch so I can collect or you can drop off.
