Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My sister, Caroline Johnson was diagnosed with Stage 4 stomach cancer at the age of 46. The initial prognosis was 9 to 12 months. Two years later we are still making the most of life and making memories. The treatment she has received at the Lilac Centre has contributed to her still being with us and the care and attention she receives from the staff and nurses makes uncomfortable treatment like Chemo more bearable.

To this end I'm sure I can help in a small way and drag myself around a variety of 10k challenges this year, starting with the Blackpool 10k in May and finishing with the Costa Teguise 10k in December. In between myself and my running partners will be taking on other challenges including muddy 5ks and the Warrington 10k.

I hope you can donate and follow our progress :)
