Hello, 

Next month I will be running the Royal Parks half marathon to raise money for Refugee Action, a charity that welcomes and supports refugees and people seeking asylum in the UK. Any and every amount we can raise will go towards providing refugees essentials like food, clothing and shelter, practical support like translation services, as well as access to phones and mobile data so that people can contact their loved ones.

As someone who once turned up to a Duke of Edinburgh hike in flip flops and a handbag, it would mean the world to me if you could spare any change and help support this important cause.
