This is a complete last minute thing driven from a few triggers so I’m acting on the vibe & subsequently running the Ipswich Twilight 10k next Friday 3rd August in a 20kg Weighted Vest. I’ve wanted to raise some money for charity for a while now & have been waiting for the right event/time but figured there’s never a right time so why not now & what better way than putting it back into our community! 

I wanted to do something a bit crazy so why not see if I can race with a 3rd of my bodyweight on my torso. I’ve walked short distances with weight before but never run & 10k is ambitious but hey, the money we raise will hopefully be my incentive! 

A community that has been flooded with some tragic times & sad news of late so I want to contribute to the positive vibes with your kind help! 

The only drawback if you can call it that is time... I have a week but a week in my eyes is long enough to create a difference I just need your help to spread the word & donate if you of course would like to... I’d be so grateful & you’d be changing the lives of so many less fortunate literally around you.
