I am Stepping Up for Dementia!

When we aren’t social distancing, I struggle to get the recommended 10,000 steps a day in. Throughout April, May and June 2020 I’ll be trying to push this even further and to get this massive walking total. 

I will be completing 850,000 steps, which is the same number of people living with dementia in the UK 👣

Alzheimer’s in my opinion is the worst disease, and I have watched, and am watching, grandparents go through it. The support the Alzheimer’s give is phenomenal. The fundraising will support carers, sufferers, families, friends and research.
