This year, I have decided to try and mix it up a little bit and do a couple of different things in order to try and raise money for this fab cause!

The first one is going to be a sponsored silence on Friday 29th March. Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love to chatter, so this will be a real tough challenge for me!  I will go from 0:01am Friday 29th March until 23:59 WITHOUT speaking a word.

I am also running the Great North Run again on 8th September to raise money for this special charity whom mean so much to me.  Their care and love for the animals is second to none. 
  The Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter are an amazing local charity who work 365 days a year, through every sort of weather to care for injured, abandoned and unwanted animals.
