I, or rather we, will be huffing and puffing our way around Newcastle in the Great North Run in September whilst pushing Clare's Mum around the course in her wheelchair....so we're not expecting any record times!

As a sufferer of Diabetes i'm glad to be doing something to try and help the cause as more and more people seem to be developing this disease.......those of you that know me well, know that my body is a temple and I only occassionally overstep the mark by having two shandy's instead of the normal one, but hopefully through raising some funds we'll be able to find a cure a bit faster so that I can move onto Pints again.
