Due to the recent lockdown we have both been out daily doing lots of walking and counting the Ks. 

We have decided to put our walking to good use and enter the challenge ‘100 miles in May’ and for what better charity than Mind. 

Mental health has become a big thing over the last 12 months due to lockdown. Many people have been unable to see family and friends and socialise in the way we are all used too. This has had a massive impact on life and individuals lives.

We intend to make our walks interesting and challenge ourselves by doing the 3 peaks, our favourite local walks whilst finding new routes. Hopefully family and friends will join us on some walks too. 

We will also be selling baking items from ‘Kezzas Cakes & Bakes’ either to order or from our planned ‘pop up’ stands to help our fundraising mission. 

All donations big or small will be greatly received and will keep you all up to date with our progress. We hope you will support us both with our challenge and let’s make it count and improve mental health for all.
