I'm sky-diving for Muscular Dystrophy UK because I was diagnosed with the condition last year.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As it is a Leap Year this year, I have decided to take the plunge in a literal as well as metaphorical sense!  I will be throwing myself out of a perfectly serviceable aircraft on Sunday 28 February from 12,000 feet - strapped to an instructor and hopefully a similarly serviceable parachute.

I am raising money for Muscular Dystrophy UK, having been diagnosed with a rare form of the condition last year.  MDUK helps fund research for the condition with the aim of finding therapies and, hopefully one day, a cure.  With the advances being made in genetic research, MDUK needs our support more than ever to ensure that the condition receives it fair share of funding.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Many thanks for your support!
