Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Age UK do some great work in the local community with our older friends and family

 This run will be hard work for me as I am not a natural runner but it wont be  as hard as seeing a loved  one get Dementia, have Alzeimers or simply feel alone or unwell.
