This is a very big challenge for all 4 of us.....it will push us out of our comfort zones like nothing we've ever done before and for 24hrs !  

We have been waiting since 2020 for this, so we have not yet done or 24hrs challenge. We will take part very very soon 10am on Saturday 17th September throught till 10am on Sunday the 18thth September!!!!!  We have a slightly different team to our original one Lindsay  & Ali could no longer join us so we had Steve and Dave joining instead in June then unfortunately there was a serious incident which had to see the games postponed, so we are now heading to Duke of Gloucester Barracks in 5 weeks time !!! 

Unfortunately Carly can not make the date so my current team for 2022 is Myself,  Steve Grindrod,  Louise Reade and Kelly Webster 💪

We will be doing 20 minute circuits as a team of 4 for 24hrs!  Which could consist of any of the following:- Running , Rowing, Cycling, Wall Balls ,  Squats,  Watt Bike , Sandbags Runs just to name a few!  We will not know exactly what we will be doing till nearer the time 🙈  ( scared but excited). We are training when we can but hoping all the classes we do will help us on our way.
