We raise funds for bladder cancer to improve research, support and outcomes
Story
Thank you for visiting my Mums page to help fight bladder cancer. My beautiful brave mum lost her fight to bladder cancer on the 27th june 2017
Mum was diagnose with bladder cancer in Febuary 2016 & under went a complete cystectomy in the hope of a cure. unfortunately this wasn't the case & on her yearly scan in May we were given the deverstating news that the cancer had returned, if this wasn't awful enough we were also told mum had a tear in her bowel (fistula) which was caused by the cancer. mum had to have a colostomy in the hope this would bypass the discharge but this never happend. My Dear mum suffered awfully with the pain of the the constant drainage loss & the pain the cancer was causing pushing on her siatic nerves. You would think it would make it easier Knowing the pain had ended but instead I'm haunted by the last 7 weeks of torture mum had to go through robbing her gradually of every pleasure, activity & independence before it stopped toying with her and allowed her to be free. Mum wanted to fundraise to help find a cure & awareness for bladder cancer.
This is for you mum❤️ Your always be with us until we meet again night night love you to the moon & back xx
