Hi All - 2010 is the year of going long.....

this year i will be running in Brighton marathon in April, and then if thats not enough, I am planning to follow up with a swim-bike-run 70.3miles at Trentham Half-Ironman in Jul.

I am raising money for Ocean Youth Trust South and it would be fantastic if you were able to make a donation.
