As someone who feared the worst when I found my first lump, I want to do my little part to help make cancer as insignificant as the common cold.

Cancer has taken several young people from me that I grew up with and took for granted would be there forever. Now that it affects 1/3 of us, it's important to me that I do my part to help move research along so that we no longer lose our loved ones, or have to watch helplessly as they go through the ordeal that is chemotherapy.
