I have chosen this charity as I feel IDAS has helped our family so much and we wanted to give something back to them. 

So many people don’t speak out about domestic/sexual violence and live with the mental and physical torture everyday in silence. I want to raise awareness for IDAS to let people know there is help available out there and with help of fundraising more and more people will be aware of the charity and feel brave enough to access the help available to them.
