مستوصف الوسام الطبي

هو مشروع خيري عن روح الوالد وسام الصميدعي رحمه الله
تعالى وأدخله فسيح جنانه.

لذا نهيب بكل احبابنا واقاربنا واصدقائنا المساهمة
بالتبرع لهذا المشروع والذي نعتقد انه صدقة جارية عن روحه الطاهرة.

أهمية وموقع المستوصف: سيتم انشاؤه في الشمال الغربي من
سوريا (منطقة أمنة ومحيدة حالياً عن الصراع) وتستقطب الالاف من العائلات التي نزحت
من داخل العمق السوري ومناطقه المختلفة وترزح تحت ظروف صحية ومعيشية مزرية
ويحتاجون الى العناية الطبية والتوجيه الصحي الصحيح.

كما في التفاصيل المذكورة في النص الانكليزي فإن
المستوصف يتوقع ان يستقيد منه حوالى 28 الف مستخدم في العام الواحد وهو يشمل
الاقسام التالية:

عيادة الصحة العامة: للكشف عن الامراض والمشاكل الصحية
بانواعها المختلفة وباشراف اطباء مختصين وممرضات

• عيادة معاينة
  الحوامل والتخطيط وما يتعلق به من مشاكل وعلاجات
• عيادة الصحة
  الغذائية ومشاكل التغذية والوقاية منها اضافة الى الارشادات الطبية
• صيدلية مرتبطة
  بالمستوصف لصرف ما يلزم من أدوية يصفها الطبيب المعاين
• يمكن التبرع عبر

We aim to raise enough funds to establish a Medical Centre under the name of my father Wisam Al-Sumaiday. The center will carry the name of Al-Wisam Medical Centre. 

The project aims: to establish and equip a health center in northwest Syria.

Targeted beneficiaries: IDPs resident in the camps and the surrounding communities.

The proposed center is planned to provide the following services:

  A. General clinic: one doctor and one nurse.

• Medical checks and follow-ups for patients from
  all ages and genders.
• Medicine description as needed and available
• Referral to other clinics (Nutrition – RH) or
  to other service providers.
• Provide First aid services

• B.  Gynecology clinic: one midwife and one nurse.

• ANC-PNC follow up visits
• Provide family planning consultations
• Referrals to other clinics (GP-Nutrition
  counselor) or another service provider

• C. Nutrition Clinic: 2 Nutrition Counselors.

• Identification of actual and potential SAM-MAM
  cases and provide the required preventive and curative services till full
  recovery.
• Conduct individual counseling sessions for PLW
  with IYCF difficulties.
• Conduct group education sessions about IYCF-E
  practices and in the context of COVID19.
• Referrals to other clinics (RH-GP) or another
  service providers.

• D. Pharmacy:  One pharmacist.

• Dispensing described and available medicine
• Educate beneficiaries about medicine use
• Regular inventory check

• E. Community health team/ outreach:4 CHWs.

• Awareness-raising activities about related
  Health and nutrition topics
• Community screening and referring cases to
  relevant clinics.

The project will provide approximately  2,340 health consultations per month (28,080 per year). And 156 nutrition consultations per month (1872 per year).

The Estimated Establishment cost is: £25,000
