I've been recovering from chronic fatigue syndrome for the last 6 years. During that time I tried to recover + work as normal. After some initial improvement my recovery stalled and then crashed. So last year, I took the decision to stop working to focus on my recovery - which is now going really well thanks to the amazing OHC team. 

For the last 25 years, my career was in Beauty marketing where I specialised in skincare. Over the years, I've tried so many skincare products from inexpensive to super-luxe. I've created multi-award winning products - you've probably used some of them! I've seen incredible results & I know how to put together a regime that doesn't take hours in the bathroom or cost the earth. I've witnessed people experience the joy that comes from happy, healthy skin. So I'm sharing my knowledge, hints, tips & advice by offering 20 minute skin consultations for a suggested donation of £10 (more if you want to!).
