We’re grateful to be surrounded by many family members and friends who give generously to us at Christmas - and yet we’re all too aware that when drizzly January comes, the novelty of even the most perfect presents can wear off.  We’d love you to help us give more than a
gift this Christmas by supporting Butterfly Children’s Hospices, and their life-changing work with children who have none of the advantages we enjoy.

We've been deeply impressed by the work carried out by Butterfly's Children's Hospices since Dan first started working with them at Swanky several years ago.  Their medical care for abandoned children
in China who have life-limiting and life-threatening conditions is second to none; even more impressive is their incredible capacity to nurture the unique value of every child and make every moment count.    Many Butterfly children have acute needs, have been written-off by society or have very limited life expectancies – yet the staff work tirelessly to show every child that they are special, treasured, surrounded by family and deeply loved.

For us, Butterfly’s patient, sacrificial and often miraculous work– when
the Christmas lights have blown another bulb, the cat has eaten the tinsel and the thought of listening to ‘Jingle Bells’ one more time makes you want to scream – encapsulates something of what Christmas is really about.  Please support us in this.
