I know, I know... every year I say never again but here I am getting ready to swim 22 miles over 12 weeks for the 6th year in a row (6th!).  It's the 20th anniversary of the Aspire Channel Swim so how could I not?  Let's try to make it my best ever fundraising year! 

If you are able to support me, Aspire and I would greatly appreciate it because every four hours someone is paralysed by a spinal cord injury. Aspire provides the essential equipment, advice and housing that spinal cord injured people need to live their lives independently.
