Thanks for taking the time and reading my story 

Hi my name is Lauren and me and friend have chosen to do a 30 mile bike ride to raise money for this fantastic charity called nelsons journey. A few years ago I lost my sister and had a very hard time coping as I was very young at the time  and I can’t thank this charity enough for what they done for me and how they helped me. Nelsons journey are a charity that help people with dealing with the loss of a loved one. They are an excellent charity and have helped so many people especially me and I just want to say thank you ❤️
