Event: One Step at a Time Challenge, on 31 August 2022
Help raise vital funds for students in need or crisis by completing 36 miles or 72,000 steps. Get sponsored and walk, run, cycle, swim, the choice is yours. Do it in bite size chunks or all in one go, in solo, teams or relay. Anyone can participate.

Story

South Devon College has 10 campuses that are 36 miles apart (thats 72,000 steps!). All you have to do is complete this distance (or part of it) one step at a time. You can do this in bite sized chunks or all in one go. You dont have to go between the campuses, just achieve the distance any way you can. You can walk, run, cycle, even swim! You can do it on your own, in a team or in relay. Any way you choose to take the challenge, the idea is to fundraise to help those in need - and of course get a bit fitter and enjoy beautiful Torbay. Anyone can participate: Students, staff, individuals, organisations, clubs, businesses. Each step you take will make a big difference. All funds raised go to helping those in need. Register online at www.friendssdcs.co.uk/onestep Do the challenge your way and share your story on social media. WALK / RUN / CYCLE / SWIM / SOLO/TEAM
