Story
Join in the force with Philip Southcote School and Chertsey High School!
Both schools will be raising money for the National Autistic Society by walking 7K for the 700,000 Autistic people in the UK!
Between our two schools, we are hoping that more than 70 young people will be committing their time and energy towards this event, which for many (pupils and staff !!!) will be a great physical challenge.
In keeping with the "7's" we have set an ambitious target of £700 - Please help us get as far as we can towards this - every donation will count !
During the week on 19th - 27th March we will be aiming to walk 1K each day.
This fundraising can make a huge difference to the lives of over 700,000 autistic people. The Nation Autistic Society are here to transform lives, challenge perceptions and build a society that works for autistic people - All the money we raise will do just that !
Our fundraising will help gather knowledge from vital resources, spreading the word far and wide through ground breaking campaigns like "Too Much Information".
In addition to raising money, we hope to have good fun and build lasting links in our community. Please feel free to keep your fingers crossed for fine weather !!!
Our schools are taking this opportunity to learn about autism together over the week as well as walking together to raise some much needed money for this charity.
