Anxious Minds the mental health charity was founded in 2015, by Edward Dean after struggling to find support for my own mental health, after leaving the Army with 22 years of service. Using his savings and War Pension with the attitude, if you don’t like what is happening, then change it. He has worked for the last five years as a volunteer, Chief Officer with what is now a Multi-Award Winning Mental Health Charity and will continue to work as a volunteer with the charity until people in crisis struggling for support get the support they need.
