For years the Blue Watch at Richmond Fire Station have supported this local charity who do amazing work for children with life limiting illnesses.

So this year Mike and I have decided to take part in the South London Rough Runner Event in Morden Park on 5th October. It is a 5km run with a Total Wipeout twist. Along the course there will be a number of obstacles/ hurdles to overcome.
