Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

After my half marathon early in the year wanted to do something different and have decided to do the ULTRA PEAK DISTRICT CHALLENGE 2019 in July.

Basically a none stop 100km walk, looping around bakewell. I want to see if can raise some more cash to Help Find a cure for myeloma in Sheffield.

Myeloma is a cancer of the plasma cells that are found in your bone marrow and make up your immune system. Unlike other cancers, it does not exist as a lump or a tumour. It causes bone disease, recurring infections, chronic fatigue and kidney damage. There is currently no cure.

They need to raise an additional £50,000 to allow Dr.Chantry and his team of researchers to investigate new, more effective treatments for Myeloma.
