Hi and thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am supporting The Encephalitis Society due to my past experience with this when I was young and have jumped straight in with the Jurassic Coast 100k Challenge!!

Training has started with 9k-10k walks a day, 30k and 40k one-day's, new trainers and aching legs...  Having not done any serious trained since 2012 I am really having to dig hard.
