My name is Jacob, I am 13 years old and want to raise some funds for the Rowans Hospice.  They looked after my wonderful Grandad Bob during his final few weeks and were amazing in their care and support to my family.

They are not able to run their events as normal at the moment so I thought I’d try and help.
