Hi I'm Arron. In the mid-2000s I had a horrific mental breakdown which brutally scarred my life for a decade. But I'm still here, fully recovered, and I want to help those who care about mental health and recovery from mental illness.

I have decided to walk from Land's End to John o' Groats, in sections, with the target of completing my journey before my 50th birthday in 2022. You can read all about my progress, along with mental health experiences and insights, at https://50foothead.blog.
