Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Each year I help to organise the Macmillan Castles Bike Ride in Swindon.  It's great getting 300-400 riders out on their bikes but occasionally I get an opportunity to actually take part in an event for Macmillan. I was going to ride on my retro Holdsworth but decided to use my Focus Cayo instead, Its a bit lighter!!  But did ride the Holdsworth  in the Free Cycle on Saturday, wearing all my Holdsworth kit.

The Cycling on Sunday was fantastic.   We are all sad to hear that some one had a heart attack whilst riding for a cancer charity, and of course we were held up due to accidents, some serious.

Big respect and thanks to everyone involved in the event organisation on what must have been a pretty difficult day.   Although I will admit to not enjoying the enforced stops, I can't see that farthing other what was done could have been done on the day.

Thanks to ebryone who has supported me so far and helped me reach the target, but there is still time to add a few pounds and help to make life a bit better for someone and their family. Please support me and the others doing their bit for Macmillan
