It has been almost 3 years since I participated in the London to Paris cycle raising funds for the most amazing charity Unite Against Cancer.  I met wonderful people on the challenge and definitely made some friends for life.  Cycling has changed and in many ways saved my life since I went back into the saddle in July 2015.  The health benefits include not simply body but mind as well. Since then I have participated in Loch Ness Etape, Caledonian Etape, Pedal for Parkinson's, Ayrshire Alps, 5 Ferries to name a few and met some more like-minded fantastic friends. I am sure there are not many of us in the fortunate position of not having lost family and friends to cancer and I am hoping to raise as much as possible for the Women V Cancer charities. Your support will really make a difference to the lives of people affected by breast, cervical and ovarian cancers. No amount is too small.
