So, having spent many years not understanding the obsession my husband had for all things bike - I now find myself drawn into his world. I can now be found lying on tarmac all over Northamptonshire and Warwickshire (not mastered those clips yet).! My body covered in inexplicable bruises! My online shopping is no longer 'Next' and 'Ted Baker' - 'Wiggle' and 'Tredz' have taken their place!  What has he done to me?

The challenge to cycle from Daventry to Paris over 3 days seemed an impossible prospect when I started cycling in February - now, well lets see.

The Daventry Cycle Club members have been a great support to us newbies - offering us help, advice and not laughing at the expletives proclaimed at the sight of a hill.
