I am truly thankful to Youth Matters in Frome, Somerset for their expertise and understanding regarding mental health. Through working with my daughter Olivia, I have witnessed first hand the exceptional support they offer.

Therefore, I would like to raise funds for this extremely worthwhile cause and hope in doing so, raise awareness in mental health issues amongst young people. 

We will be walking 40 miles along the beautiful coastline over two days. It will be challenging but together we will complete it. 

Let’s shift the stigma surrounding mental health and support those that struggle with depression and anxiety every day. 

The strongest people are not those who show strength in front of us,  but those that win battles we know nothing about.
