The Lon Las Loonies are a group of 25 cyclists/friends who are riding from Rhyl to Cardiff, 'The Long Way Down' to raise money for Blood Bikes Wales and the RNLI. The first three days we are riding 100 miles each day over tough terrain and the 4th day is shorter, approx 70 miles. 

We have set our total fund raising target at £20,000 to be split between these 2 greatly deserving charities. We thank you in advance for your support.
